Exchange Policy

At Home To Choices, we strive to deliver your products as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders are managed and processed with the highest standards of security to ensure reliability from our global distribution centers to your doorstep.

1. Exchange Period

You have up to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

2. How to Request an Exchange

To start the process, please contact our support team at support@hometochoices.com. Provide your order number and specify the item you wish to exchange and the new item/size you would like to receive.

3. Shipping Costs for Exchanges

Customer Choice: For exchanges requested due to personal preference (such as size or color), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, Home To Choices will cover all shipping and replacement costs.

4. Hygiene and Safety Restrictions

For health and safety reasons, personal care items or products that come into direct contact with the skin (such as body shapers or intimate apparel) can only be exchanged if the original seal is unbroken and the item has not been tried on. In cases of proven manufacturing defects, the exchange will be processed regardless.

5. Return Address

Important: Please do not send products back without prior authorization from our support team. We will provide the specific return address and instructions once your request is approved.
