Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5 to 20 business days, depending on the destination and logistics conditions.
In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 30 business days.

Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local holidays, weather, or courier issues.


Order Accuracy & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, including name, email address, and delivery address.

If you receive your order confirmation with incorrect or incomplete information, please contact us immediately at support@hometochoices.com, including your order number and the correct delivery details.

If the order has already been processed and shipped, and the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect or missing information, the customer will bear the reshipping costs. In such cases, the order cannot be canceled.

Requests that require information from external sources (such as shipping carriers) may take 5 to 7 business days for a response.


Shipping Providers & Responsibility

Once your order is handed over to the courier, all delivery processes fall under their responsibility.
Home To Choices is not liable for delays, omissions, or errors caused by third-party shipping companies.
If you experience issues after the order has been dispatched, please contact the respective courier directly using the tracking number provided.

    Includes tracking number and delivery guarantee*.
    Your package is insured from dispatch to delivery at the address provided.

Note: This guarantee does not cover failed delivery due to customer error (incorrect address, recipient unavailable, etc.).

Any issue resulting from customer mistakes will not be covered by the delivery guarantee.

Order Modifications

Cancellations
